WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. If your package is delayed or you have any issues, contact us at support@tastydose.com and our team will assist you immediately.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders placed before 12:00 noon are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon are dispatched the next working day.
Standard delivery takes approximately 1–3 working days within EU countries.
How can I change my address?
Unfortunately, after placing the order, the address can no longer be changed because the package is automatically processed by the external warehouse. We recommend that you update the delivery information directly with the courier service, as they can arrange a reroute or address correction.
Is the delivery free?
Free delivery is available only if the total order amount exceeds 100€. This also applies to the Starter package.
How does the 90-day guarantee work?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with 2.0 products, you can return your order within 90 days for a full refund. No hassle, no hidden conditions – just contact our support (support@tastydose.com) and we will take care of everything.
