Trustpilot Customer Reviews and Transparency Policy

To ensure complete transparency and authenticity, Tasty Dose collects and displays customer reviews through Trustpilot, an independent, third-party consumer review platform. Following the completion of an order, customers may receive an automated email invitation from Trustpilot to rate their purchasing experience and the products received.

Tasty Dose explicitly states that it has no direct influence, control, or technical capability to modify, edit, filter, or delete reviews hosted on the Trustpilot platform. All reviews (whether positive, neutral, or negative) are published automatically by Trustpilot in accordance with their standard operating procedures. Tasty Dose does not selectively display or suppress reviews based on their rating or content.

Tasty Dose cannot delete a review simply because it is unfavorable. Review moderation is handled exclusively by Trustpilot. Tasty Dose reserves the right to flag or report a review to Trustpilot's compliance team only if there is a bona fide suspicion that the review violates Trustpilot's strict User Guidelines (e.g., containing hate speech, defamatory language, spam, or if it does not represent a genuine customer experience). Trustpilot independently investigates such flags and decides on the removal or retention of the review.

In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation regarding the authenticity of consumer reviews, Tasty Dose utilizes Trustpilot's verified invitation systems to ensure, to the best of its technical ability, that reviews originate from verified consumers who have actually purchased or used the goods. The overall rating and individual reviews displayed on the website are a direct reflection of unmanipulated, independent customer feedback.
