Terms and Conditions of the Tasty Dose Website

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Tasty Dose website and the purchase of dietary supplements available on the website. The website enables users to purchase various products to support wellbeing and general physical fitness.
We recommend that users read these Terms carefully. By accessing and using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. Use of the Website
Use of the Tasty Dose website is only permitted to persons over 18 years of age. By accessing the website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Users are expressly prohibited from:
- Infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights of third parties
- Violating the personal rights of others, including religious and political views, health status, and other legally protected rights
- Inciting hatred or violence
- Promoting the use of illegal substances
- Supporting phishing
- Spreading viruses, trojans, worms, or other harmful content
- Using the website for illegal file sharing via peer-to-peer networks
- Conducting cryptocurrency mining
- Carrying out any other illegal or harmful activities

Sale to end consumers (B2C):
This online store is intended exclusively for retail sales to end consumers (B2C). Sales processes, VAT calculation, and invoicing are automated for private individuals, therefore the website does not allow purchases by companies (B2B) under the reverse charge procedure. By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms that they are acting as a private individual. Subsequent corrections to already issued invoices or their conversion from a private individual to a company are not possible, as the purchase contract is concluded exclusively with the private individual who placed the order.
If you wish to establish B2B cooperation or purchase larger quantities of products, please contact our wholesale department by email before placing an order: support@tastydose.com. For such orders, we will prepare an individual offer with appropriate tax treatment.
2. Registration and Account
Registration on the website is not mandatory, but enables easier management of orders and access to additional features.
Registered users can:
- Change their password
- Edit personal data
- Delete their account
The user is responsible for account security. The Company is not liable for damages caused by unauthorized use of the account.
All data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
3. Orders and Payments
Order process:
- Select products and add to cart
- Fill in details (name, address, payment details)
- Confirm the order by clicking "Pay" or "Order"
Available payment methods:
- Payment card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex...)
- PayPal
- Cash on delivery
Refund policy: Products can be returned within 90 days in their original packaging. After receipt, the full amount will be refunded. In case of errors or damage, shipping costs will also be refunded.
Taxes: All prices on the Tasty Dose website include VAT. The customer pays the final price displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery and Collection
Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days. In case of delays, we will inform you by email.
Uncollected shipments: Will be returned to the Company. We will then contact you.
5. Returns and Complaints
Return option: Within 90 days of purchase, in original packaging, together with documentation.
Procedure:
- Contact us at support@tastydose.com and attach the required documentation.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with all necessary information and next steps for the return.
- After successful review, we will refund the amount via the same payment method used when placing the order.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
6. Liability and Limitations
Information on the website does not constitute medical advice. Consult a doctor before using dietary supplements.
The Company is not liable for:
- Improper use of products
- Technical problems with the website
- Unauthorized access to data
7. Protection of Personal Data
We process data in accordance with legal provisions and our privacy policy.

- Phone
- Delivery address
Purpose:
- Order processing
- Service improvement
- Marketing (only with consent)
We share data only with third parties required for product delivery (couriers, payment gateways). We never sell or rent data without consent.

10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute, we will attempt to reach an out-of-court settlement. If this is not possible, the dispute will be resolved before the court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The law of the Republic of Slovenia applies.
